1 · What we mean by “door to door”

We go to the door, not to the car park. Chalet, residence, hotel, apartment, restaurant, lift station: the exact address, with the bags carried down and set by the entrance.

In practice, we do:

2 · Why it is booked by phone rather than online

An airport transfer can be worked out well in advance: the pickup point is a terminal, the time is the flight's. A chalet-to-chalet journey is not. It depends on the exact address, on the state of the road that evening, on access to the chalet, on how many people finally get in — and it is often decided the same day.

Rather than making you fill in six fields for an approximate price, call us or message us on WhatsApp. You give the pickup address, the destination, the time and the number of people. We reply with a firm price, and a car straight after if we are free.

3 · What it costs

Less than people imagine. A journey inside the resort or between two neighbouring resorts is counted in tens of euros, not hundreds: the fare starts at €15 pickup and is worked out on real driving time, not on distance as the crow flies.

Only two things push the price up, and both are told to you beforehand: the weekend on certain routes, and winter conditions when the road forces us down to 30 km/h for the last part of the journey.

4 · Why us rather than someone else

  1. We are set up to answer quickly. Our drivers circulate in the area throughout the season: that is what makes “in twenty minutes” possible rather than “tomorrow morning”.
  2. We know chalet addresses. Many accesses are not in consumer satnavs, and some are not passable in January. We know that before setting off.
  3. The price quoted is the price paid. No meter, no surcharge as you step out.
  4. One journey, yours. Never pooled with other customers.
  5. Winter equipment as standard from November to April: winter tyres and chains on board in every vehicle.
  6. Vehicles that take the gear. Skis, snowboards, bags: the V-Class and the Vito swallow the equipment of seven to eight people.
  7. We answer fast. That is exactly the point of going through the phone: you have an answer while you are still making up your mind.
  8. Since 2013. We have driven these roads for more than ten years, with a team of drivers who know the mountains. This is not a platform reselling your journey to the lowest bidder.
“The hardest journey of the week is rarely the airport one. It is the Saturday night one, at 10 p.m., between two chalets, in the snow. That is the one we do well.”
