1 · Airports to the resorts

One way, in a saloon, Vito or V-Class, up to eight passengers.

Your resort is not listed? It is very probably served — we cover sixty-two. Run the calculation online and the price appears in thirty seconds.

2 · TGV stations to the resorts

If you arrive by train, the stations of Bourg-Saint-Maurice and Moûtiers are a few tens of minutes from the resorts. These are our shortest and cheapest journeys.

3 · Does the price change with the vehicle

The van is the same price whichever model it is. On the fixed fares above, the Vito and the V-Class are billed identically: you do not pay for the upgrade, and we send out whichever of the two suits the number of passengers. The saloon costs less, the Sprinter more. Choose on the number of passengers and bags: the exact amount is shown before payment.

• Eco. 3 passengers, 3 bags. About a third less than the van on airport-to-resort fixed fares.
• Van, Mercedes Vito or V-Class. Up to 8 passengers, 10 bags. Price as in the table.
• Mercedes Sprinter. Up to 19 passengers. The fare is higher, but per passenger it remains the cheapest in the fleet. The exact amount is shown before payment.

4 · Journeys within a resort

These journeys are not fixed fares: they are worked out on real driving time, from €15 pickup then €2.50 per minute. A concrete example: Aime to La Plagne, €90 on weekdays and €120 at the weekend.

5 · Hourly hire and day excursions

The driver stays with you and waits between each stop. This is the option for a day of visits, a business trip with several meetings, or an outing beyond the resort. 20 km are included per hour booked — beyond that, extra mileage is charged at the vehicle's rate.

Over several days

A day counts as 10 hours and 200 km included. The rate tapers: the longer the stay, the less each day costs.

Three ready-made excursions

These are the outings we are asked for most. The stops are indicative: the driver adapts to your pace, and nothing obliges you to follow the route to the letter.

You can also describe your own route when booking: we estimate the duration and give you a firm price before departure, as for a transfer.

6 · What the price includes

1. Real-time flight tracking and adjustment of the pickup time, at no extra cost.
2. 1 hr 30 of waiting after landing: baggage reclaim and customs time is already counted.
3. A meet and greet in arrivals, sign with your name, bags carried to the vehicle.
4. Skis, snowboards and luggage, with no volume limit within the vehicle's capacity.
5. Approved baby seats and boosters, fitted before you arrive.
6. Tolls, fuel and winter equipment: winter tyres and chains from November to April.
7. Wi-Fi, water and chargers on board.
8. VAT. All prices shown include tax.

Winter equipment is included in our fares. The legal requirement, municipality by municipality, is published by the French road safety authority.

7 · What makes the price vary

Three things, and they are stated before payment.

• The weekend. Saturday and Sunday is the second figure in the table.
• The Sprinter. A higher fare, for a vehicle that carries two to three times more people. The exact price is shown before payment.
• High season. School holidays and the festive period, on journeys priced by the kilometre only. The fixed fares in the table do not move.

A customer who discovers the real price on arrival never comes back. It is bad arithmetic, even in the short term.

8 · Compared with a shared shuttle

A shared shuttle often quotes €90 to €120 per person from Geneva. For a family of four you reach the same order of price as a whole private vehicle, except that you wait for it to fill, serve three other resorts before yours, and get off at the car park rather than in front of the chalet.

With four people or more, a private transfer is almost always the better deal. From six, there is no discussion.

9 · Payment and cancellation

Payment is made online by card, through Stripe: we never see your card number and no bank data is stored on this site. Payment on board is also possible, to be agreed when booking.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, with no justification and no admin fee.
