1 · Who this vehicle is for

Groups of 9 to 19 people. Below nine, the Vito or the V-Class is enough and costs considerably less.

Seminars and corporate travel. Everyone arrives together, at the same time, on a single invoice.

Sports teams and ski clubs. A separate hold for equipment, no trade-off between bags and passengers.

Weddings and events. Shuttling guests between the accommodation and the venue, all evening.

2 · What is on board

• Up to 19 seats with seat belts.
• Separate luggage hold, independent of the cabin.
• Wi-Fi on request to the driver.
• Bottled water provided.
• Charging sockets throughout the cabin.
• Air conditioning along the full length.
• Non-smoking vehicle, cleaned between every journey.

An appropriate restraint is compulsory up to age 10 or 135 cm: the standards in force are set out by the French road safety authority.

3 · One Sprinter or two vans?

The right question is not only price, it is coordination. Two vans means two drivers, two departures, two arrivals, and a group split in half for two hours on the road.

A Sprinter means one meeting point, one time, one contact. For a seminar or a team, that is often worth more than the fare difference. Call us and we will compare the two options with you honestly.

4 · In the mountains, in winter

Full winter equipment from November to April. Some very narrow or very steep resort roads are not passable in a 19-seat minibus in heavy snow: we check before confirming and, if needed, propose two vans for the last few kilometres.

The municipalities where winter equipment is required from 1 November to 31 March are listed by the French road safety authority.

5 · What it costs

The Sprinter is the most expensive vehicle in the fleet, and logically so: it carries two to three times more people than a van and costs considerably more to run. Per passenger, it is the cheapest of all.

For groups, seminars and multi-day events, ask us for a direct quote: beyond a simple return trip, we do better than the site's automatic fare.

The other vehicles

• Mercedes V-Class. Seven real seats, ten bags, and a loading height that takes ski bags without folding them.
• Mercedes Vito. The season van.
• Eco. For one or two travellers who do not need a van.
