"Outstanding service from Geneva Airport to Courchevel. The driver tracked our flight, helped with all our ski equipment and the Mercedes V-Class was spotless. Very professional and punctual. We'll definitely book again next winter."

Geneva is by far the most used airport for reaching the French resorts: it is the closest to the Tarentaise, the best served by international flights, and the only one offering that many frequencies in peak season. It is also the most confusing on arrival, because it straddles two countries.
1 · Price, distance and journey time to each resort
These are firm fares: they do not move with the traffic, the weather or your arrival time. They apply to the whole vehicle, not per person. Each resort has its own detailed page — click its name.

2 · Where to meet your driver
The airport has two exits, one Swiss and one French. This is the first source of confusion, and it regularly costs travellers twenty minutes.
We wait for you in the arrivals hall of the French sector, holding a sign with your name, after baggage reclaim. The French sector is reached from the main hall by following “France / Arrival France” — there is no customs check, it is simply a corridor. If your flight lands on the Swiss side, your driver tells you the evening before by text, with his direct number.
For a flight landing very early or very late, the meeting point can be moved to the front of the arrivals hall: tell us when you book.
Terminals, schedules and flight tracking on the official site: Geneva Airport.
3 · How long to allow after landing
Allow 30 to 45 minutes between landing and departure in normal times, and up to an hour on Saturdays during school holidays, when the charter flights follow one another. That time is already covered: 1 hr 30 of waiting is included after the actual landing time, and we track your flight to adjust automatically.
A delayed flight costs you nothing. It is our problem, not yours: the driver shifts his day, the price does not move.
4 · The road, and what winter changes
Leaving Geneva by the motorway and then the Arve valley is the fast part. Everything is decided over the last 40 kilometres, where the road narrows and climbs. On changeover Saturday, between 10 am and 2 pm, the climbs out of Moûtiers and Bourg-Saint-Maurice can add an hour: our drivers shift the departure rather than join it at the worst moment.
Our vehicles run winter tyres from November to April, with chains permanently on board, and the driver checks the state of the road before every climb.
Winter equipment requirements apply municipality by municipality: the official list is published by the Sécurité routière. Live road conditions are available on Bison Futé.
5 · Which vehicle for your group
- Eco, hybrid or electric. 3 passengers, 3 bags. For a couple or a business trip.
- Mercedes Vito Tourer. 8 passengers, 10 bags. The best seat-to-price ratio in the fleet.
- Mercedes V-Class. 7 seats, 10 bags. Our reference in the mountains.
- Mercedes Sprinter Tourer. up to 19 passengers, separate hold. Groups, seminars, teams.
It is the volume of equipment, more than the number of passengers, that decides. Seven people with seven pairs of skis and seven hold suitcases will not fit in a V-Class: tell us when you book and we check before confirming.
6 · What the price includes
- Flight tracking and free adjustment of the pickup time.

- A meet and greet in arrivals, sign with your name, bags carried to the vehicle.
- Skis, snowboards and luggage at no extra cost, within the vehicle's capacity.
- Approved baby seats and boosters, fitted before you arrive.
- Tolls, fuel and winter equipment.
- Door-to-door drop-off at your accommodation, not at the resort car park.

7 · From another airport
- Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport. Often the cheapest flight to the Alps, and a motorway almost all the way to Albertville.
- Chambéry airport. The closest airport to the Tarentaise resorts. Mainly a Saturday airport in season — and that is when a transfer matters most.
- Grenoble airport. The most direct route to the Oisans — Alpe d'Huez and Les Deux Alpes are an hour away — and a serious alternative for the Tarentaise.
- Turin-Caselle airport. The Italian way in, through the Fréjus tunnel. Useful for the Maurienne, Montgenèvre and the Haute-Tarentaise.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a transfer from Geneva airport?
Fares run from €330 to €480 for the whole vehicle, up to eight passengers, depending on the resort. The price is firm, given before departure, and includes tolls, fuel, skis and child seats.
Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time automatically. 1 hr 30 of waiting is included after the actual landing time, at no charge.
Where do I meet the driver at Geneva?
The airport has two exits, one Swiss and one French. This is the first source of confusion, and it regularly costs travellers twenty minutes. Does the price change with the number of passengers?
No. The fare applies to the whole vehicle, not per person. One person or eight pay the same; only the choice of vehicle changes the amount, and it is given to you beforehand.
Are skis and equipment charged extra?
No. Skis, snowboards, bags and luggage travel at no extra cost, secured inside the vehicle. It is the total volume, more than the number of passengers, that determines the vehicle: tell us when you book.
Are child seats provided?
Yes — approved baby seats, child seats and boosters, fitted before you arrive and at no extra cost. Give us each child's age and weight when booking.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, in all our vehicles, dogs and cats alike, at no extra cost. Small animals travel in a carrier on the floor, large dogs in the back on a protective cover fitted before you arrive.
How does payment work?
Your choice: online by card when you book, or directly to the driver by card or in cash. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
